APAFP incorporated as a non-profit corporation in the CNMI

Asia-Pacific Association of Fertility Preservation Inc. has been incorporated as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), with the Certificate of Incorporation effective June 3, 2025.

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes, and its registered office is located at the Third Floor, Bank of Guam Building, Garapan, Saipan.

The association also holds CNMI Business License No. 28982 for research and development in fertility preservation, effective June 6, 2025.
