- The corporation is not organized for profit and does not issue stock.
- No part of its net earnings may inure to the benefit of, or be distributed to, its members, trustees, directors, officers or other private persons, beyond reasonable compensation for services rendered.
- It is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of § 501(c)(3) of the Northern Marianas Territorial Income Tax Code, and may not carry on activities not permitted to such a corporation.
- On dissolution, assets must be distributed for exempt purposes under that Code or to the CNMI Government for a public purpose.

Historical note
The 2021 Macau registration
The association was previously established in Macau, China, in 2021 as the Asia-Pacific (Macau) Association for Fertility Preservation (registration no. 10763, first gazetted November 10, 2021), a separate registration from the present CNMI corporation. The association's office and activities transitioned to Saipan in 2025, when the current CNMI nonprofit was incorporated. See History.
