Membership in the association
APAFP membership is open to individuals interested in furthering the association's charitable, educational and scientific purposes. Membership is governed by Article IX of the Bylaws.
Under the Bylaws
One class of members
The Bylaws of Asia-Pacific Association of Fertility Preservation Inc. provide for a single class of members. Membership is available to individuals interested in furthering the corporation's purposes who have applied for membership and been accepted by resolution of the Board of Directors, or in such other manner as the Board may determine.
Every member of the association holds the same rights. Under Article IX, each member is entitled to receive notice of, attend, participate in, and vote at all meetings of the members of the corporation.
