Membership
Membership categories
The Bylaws currently provide for a single class of members. Additional categories are under consideration but have not been established.
Current position
One class of members
Under Article IX of the Bylaws, there is one class of members in the corporation. Every member — an individual accepted by resolution of the Board of Directors — holds the same rights: to receive notice of, attend, participate in, and vote at all meetings of the members.
Creating any new class or group of members, or changing the rights and conditions of membership, requires a special resolution of the membersunder the Bylaws' amendment rules. No such resolution has been adopted.
